Terms of Service:

By paying the service fee, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of Abel's Errands, Incorporation. If you do not wish to agree with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, please do not submit your payment at any time.

• Same day service will be granted to customers based on availability. Same day service can be denied if the schedule for that day is occupied. Call the office for same day service.

• Illegal and unauthorized service request will not be permitted.

• All services are paid in advance in order for your request to be made.

• Any fraudulent or stolen credit card information and items will be reported to authorities.

• All purchases of the client will be funded by that individual's money or monies. Abel's Errands, INC will not at any time cover expenses unless items or property are damaged by Abel's Errands associates with proof from the client.

• Prices are suitable to change at any time.

 

Payments:

Before making any payments, Abel's Errands, INC ask for all clients to read the Terms of Service. All service fee payments will go through PayPal. How a client pays for expenses is at the customer's own discretion. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Bank and American Express.  We accept cash or checks. Please be advised if your check returns you will be responsible for making that payment. We can deny any future cleanings depending on the situation. Payments can also be made onsite.

Refunds:

There will be no refunds after service has been provided unless you have spoken with the office manager to receive a refund. Please contact the office if you have made a payment and have canceled before services are rendered. At least a one hour notice is required. 

 

Privacy:

Abel's Errands, INC knows how important privacy is to you and is committed to honoring your privacy. 

All personal and credit card information obtained is gathered for the purpose of providing cleaning services and billing the client for services rendered.  At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Abel's Errands, INC. 

 

Abel's Errands, INC holds the right to refuse any business if it feels unsafe and unsuitable for its employees. 

 

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Abel's Errands, INC, any of its partners, providers, affiliates, including their respective officers, directors, employees or representatives, be liable for any indirect, incidental, compensatory or punitive damages or damages resulting from loss of profits, lost data or business interruption arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the service.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Abel's Errands, INC, its  service providers, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, beneficiaries, members, partners, employees, consultants, attorneys and agents and their respective successors and assigns, if any, (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses. We, Abel's Errands, INC, are liable for any damages we cause. We will not cover or take loss for any other person or company that has damaged your property.
